This was the first time I ever leased a car and because of his awesome demeanor, transparency in the process, and customer service, this was a pleasant experience. As a woman shopping for a new vehicle, it can be extremely challenging because sales people can often be aggressive and pushy. Darrel was the complete opposite. I explained my needs in a vehicle and how much I was looking to spend. Darrel took that information and translated it into a great deal within my timeframe, without any fuss or pressure.
