There was no one from management to congratulate during or after the purchase of the car. This was very different from my experience at other luxury car dealers where customers were better treated. Pleasant experience with salesperson. Finance dept took very long due to staffing. Pricing was okay, still felt extra fees were exorbitant since car was off brand, but inventory was low f Finance dept took very long due to staffing. Pricing was okay, still felt extra fees were exorbitant since car was off brand, but inventory was low for vehicle type. Would not return unless buying brand and deal was exceptional. Far for a repeat customer on relationship alone. More

From the time your greeted at the door to the time of purchase they made me feel welcome. Now with that said I will discuss the interaction with the salesperson, Mark was wonderful, patient, courteous an purchase they made me feel welcome. Now with that said I will discuss the interaction with the salesperson, Mark was wonderful, patient, courteous and down right accommodating. Not just during the sales process but about an after that, he went through the entire I4 menu to ensure that I was comfortable before driving off the lot. People like Mark are truly make a Brand stand out not just an Emblem on the hood but dedicated associates are the real backbone of the product. Thanks Much Mark. 🙂🙂🙂 More
