I didn't end up selecting a vehicle from Ed Martin Toyota at the time but that initial experience stuck - as Darnell had created a positive and lasting impression in my mind. Fast forward a couple years, as I was again in the market, and Darnell did not disappoint. The best way to sum up my customer experience would be to ask you to imagine if you had hired your own personal car-shopping assistant and imagine what it'd be like to have such a person working on your behalf.
