That is why we profusely apologized, and offered to get it re-detailed for you, re-gassed up, and nearly anythin g else to help make it right. All people involved were addressed, internally. There was no gaslighting intended; however, just the sales person not wanting to lose your business over a detail mistake that was fixable.
