She went over everything before and after and, like everyone else at the dealership, she my vehicle maintenance schedule and she got me up-to-date. Stay away from this place. They lie and cheat to steal. Blew a tire on the loner car they provided after bringing my car for an engine recall on their problematic cars. The jack was broken. Had to use a plyer to turn the jack to lift the car. Returned to the dealer and they told as soon as they have someone available to change the tire it will be done immediately. Then they said they did not have a tire and sent out for it. Two hours later,still no tire. My husband asked how much would the tire cost and they said 186.00 plus 30 dollars labor. Disgusting! We left and went to Mavis tire center got the same exact brand tire for 60.00. They still have my car as the manufacture defect engine recall has to be replaced. They tell me that the brand new alternator I put in July of 2020 and working perfectly fine is not Kia optima compatible. I was told that without the change of the alternator the engine recall could not be done as told to me buy Jeanette. Was told 780.00 would be cost. They take you by the xxxxx as you desperately need the engine done they ROBBBBBB YOU FOR OTHER 💰.STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.CALLING KIA USA TODAY. More

Always love my Kia service center. Despite the longer wait this time, the courtesy and good nature of the staff made up for it, esp Darlyn and the guys working outside.
