Darlyn Davis is the best service advisor i have ever dealt with.She has real mechanical knowledge,she is always very pleasant,she keeps you informed and she never forgets that you are waiting even if yo dealt with.She has real mechanical knowledge,she is always very pleasant,she keeps you informed and she never forgets that you are waiting even if you are out of sight. She is great! but while i have your attention i must point out that your waiting room SUCKS!. The low-back bargain basement chairs are a very poor choice, You had a nicely padded couch and loveseat when i purchased my car there in 2011. It may seem like a minor thing but if you have back problems and must wait for your car it makes the experience less than pleasant.I give your dealership an overall rating of A- . More
