Great service experiences I have gotten for the past 4 years since I purchased my RDX. Khang has always taken good care of me every time I bring my car in for service. Great communicator as he keeps me posted via telephone or text on the status of when the car is ready for pick up. I am extremely satisfied with his service level and professionalism. One suggestion to make is that let’s hope the managment team is able to retain good Service Advisors, as I have encountered working with several Service Advisors prior. In the service business industry, it’s always good to have established a relationship and familiar with whom you are working with. More

Adam listened attetentively for what car I was looking for, while also using his great knowledge of cars & people to match me with my perfect car (one I hadn't even been looking at before and now LOVE). Brandon helped us get a great deal while also taking the timr to connect with us on a personal level, which was really reassuring. We never felt rushed or pressured at all, which made it such a special experience for me as I purchased my first car. Darlene was so sweet and kind, an utter delight.
