Awesome Experience I have owned a 2014 CX5 Sport for almost 5 years and took it in to have the oil changed and get the rotors turned and ended up coming home with a 2018 I have owned a 2014 CX5 Sport for almost 5 years and took it in to have the oil changed and get the rotors turned and ended up coming home with a 2018 CX5 Touring, because they made me an offer too good to turn down. The service has always been excellent first with Steve Ross and now with Jesus, Darlene Ledbetter was a non-pressure knowledgeable salesperson, and Joean "Mama" Senatore was the best financial person to deal with. I felt they were respectful of my needs and fair and honest in their dealings with me. As a single woman you always worry about being taken advantage of, but not at this dealership. I feel God led me to this dealership in December 2013 and will continue to recommend them and have my vehicle serviced there even though it is 185 miles one way from my home. They treat me like family! More

Makes Car Buying Comfortable My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with Darlene and the entire crew at CardinaleWay. Purchasing a car has never been so My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with Darlene and the entire crew at CardinaleWay. Purchasing a car has never been something we have looked forward to and that’s a shame because it should be exciting and stress free. Customer service is unfortunately not a priority for many businesses but thankfully Cardinaleway does not fall in line with that statistic. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and not with that “I’m being friendly because I want you to buy a car today” feeling but rather, something more authentic as if they truly understand there are many options to purchase a car and they really value you for stopping in. I had spoke with Darlene on the phone and we made an appointment to discuss what options were available for the following day. Darlene’s communication was fantastic and she was extremely friendly upon meeting with us. The entire process from start to finish was extremely easy and actually ENJOYABLE!! My wife and I never felt pressured or that we were being taken advantage of but rather provided a number of options, pros and cons and allowed time that was comfortable for us to make the right decision. The only thing I regret is not finding this dealership and Darlene sooner and I truly mean that. If you’re looking for a new car, stop here FIRST and speak with Darlene. You can always go to one of the other hundred dealerships in the valley but I highly doubt you’ll want to. I don’t know much about cars but I do know about service. Picking a Mazda was easy, they are fantastic vehicles but finding a dealership that truly does appreciate their customers is rare but we found that with Cardinaleway. They earned a life-long customer and for that, we are greatful. Thank you Darlene, for finely making the car buying experiencing something to look forward to! More

We did not feel pressured to buy, we did not feel pressured to go above our dollar limit. Our saleslady Darlene Ledbetter was so patient and kind and very knowledgeable about every car we looked at. She didn't even complain that we kept coming during the hottest part of the day in June in Arizona! Kuddos to Darlene for melting away with us while we found two cars that made my children cery happy. I also want to say I loved the experience with the finance department, again I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything I did not want. I would recommend Cardinale Way Mazda to anyy! More
