Brittany was wonderful to work with. She was substituting for my usual customer service rep Darlene (who I adore) but Brittany was just as outstanding. I hope they are being treated well, it seems like a low turn over rate, which is a green flag for a good corporate culture! Hopefully Subaru takes good care of both of them! More
