All recommended service recently brake noise diagnosed/fixed I have two subaru vehicles. One is older which I buy parts for at Sport Subaru South and fix myself. The newer one, a 2016 Forester, I have serviced I have two subaru vehicles. One is older which I buy parts for at Sport Subaru South and fix myself. The newer one, a 2016 Forester, I have serviced at Sport Subaru South. I previously worked in the automotive industry for many years and have worked closely with many automotive dealerships. Both the parts department and service department at Sport Subaru South (Previously Peacock...thank god the employees stayed the same when ownership changed) are the best I have ever worked with. Every employee I have encountered at this dealership has been respectful and helpful. Matea in the parts department WILL find the part you need no matter what...and Blaine in the service department knows his stuff, is a class act, and has never tried to oversell me. I initially visited A DIFFERENT Subaru dealership in the area to buy exhaust manifold studs. I was told by the parts department AT THE OTHER SUBARU DEALERSHIP that they only come with the exhaust manifold and would have to buy the whole expensive unit. When I questioned the Parts employee he had the Head mechanic come out to tell me the same. I THEN WENT TO SPORT SUBARU SOUTH and Matea found the exhaust manifold studs in under a minute. Alignment I found a great online deal for tires and Subaru had no issues installing them, unlike other car company dealerships. Plus, I took advantage of their 4-point alignment service and my car feels like the 1st day I drove it. Great service from associates/mechanics and my wait wasn't long. Recent service My car was in for a 30k service. The total cost was over $500.00 which I agreed to before the service was done. My only concern was that for the first My car was in for a 30k service. The total cost was over $500.00 which I agreed to before the service was done. My only concern was that for the first time my car was not cleaned. The outside was washed but not very well and the inside was not vacumed it wiped down. I was disappointed. The car cleaning was the only perk I had been enjoying. At my NJ dealership my car came back to me cleaned inside and out. Last time I used Peacock and my car was spotless. New owners, quality changed in this area. More
