Great Love Encore experience! We purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Tucson Subaru. Our sales person, Anthony, was great and spent time going over a new vehicle. At the time, we were very excited about the new car and had forgotten some of the things that Anthony had explained to us. A couple of weeks or so after our purchase, we were contacted by Darla to schedule a time for our Love-Encore delivery. We are so glad we did! After settling into our new crosstrek, we started to wonder what button did this and how do we do that, etc. Darla was very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of our vehicle and was very patient while she showed us so many things we didn't know or had forgotten about with our crosstrek. We highly recommend you set a time to go thru the Love-Encore delivery program after purchasing your new Subaru! More

A great opportunity to become familiar with special features Darla was exceptional in explaining and pointing out the many special features available to me through my Outback's tech systems and information scree Darla was exceptional in explaining and pointing out the many special features available to me through my Outback's tech systems and information screen. I am so glad I had this opportunity a few weeks after I had been driving and getting to know my vehicle. Many of these features were excellently presented and explained to me when my car was delivered, but I was so overwhelmed with the delivery and paperwork etc. at the time that I am sure much was forgotten. Thank you Tucson Subaru for giving me time to become acquainted with the car before reintroducing me to all the features. More

Encore-Love Delivery 2019 Crosstrek I spent a lovely time yesterday with Darla at Tucson Subaru as she went through it detail many technological aspects of my new car. It is such a great idea to schedule this appointment after driving the car for a few weeks. It was able to ask "What did I hit to make it do that?" When I got the car, Joe Micoletti took the time to walk me through all these things, but to tell you the truth, I was still in the "new car haze." When Darla walked me through again, I remembered the things Joe had told me and I thought "Oh yeah, that's right." Darla was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She definitely knew her stuff. Thank you, again, for taking the time to explain many of the gadgets which make me happy I bought a Subaru. More
