Rosie was so polite, professional, and helpful. She handled my outbursts of frustration or confusion with such a calm manner.. As if she didn't notice.. that I was able to regain my composure easily. I gave 5 stars for Rosie Jeng and my new Toyota, as for the dealership? 0 Stars. It took a MONTH to get my car. It wasnt special order, it was supposed to be in the US already on the way. Go to Rosie Jeng, she's honest friendly and professional. More

Love the service at Suburban Toyota. I have been taking my former car there for the past 7 years and just purchased a new Rav4 from them.
