The dealership exhibited great customer service from the time I walked in for my appointment and then leaving with my new Maverick. Deric Lee is very knowledgeable and I felt that he tried his best to provi time I walked in for my appointment and then leaving with my new Maverick. Deric Lee is very knowledgeable and I felt that he tried his best to provide a fair deal and helped with the features and options. The finance guy did a good job of explaining warranty options and aftermarket products to enhance vehicle life. Shawn Zeedyk also did a good job of explaining the accessories available and got the Maverick scheduled to have the heated seats added. Overall it was very good experience. More
