Keep telling me ALL cars have rusted rooters and it’s normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Got picked up in a smoke fille normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Got picked up in a smoke filled old Jeep! Plus They had me stand outside on the corner waiting for it with a crap sign saying Lyft! I’ll never buy a car from them again! RUN from BMW! This dealership lied to the BBB! Said they offered to fix my car and They never did! They have an F rating and are not BBB certified! Worst treatment ever! Got rid of my car at 2700 miles only 8 months old! They are lying, using cheap junk parts and stealing from people! More

WORST car buying experience ever! STAY AWAY! I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE WITH A BAD MOTOR . I HAVE ALSO PAID OUT OVER 6K IN REPAIRS IN THE 4MONTHS I HAVE OWNED IT. IT HAS BEEN IN THE REPAIR SHOP FOR OVER 3MONTH VEHICLE WITH A BAD MOTOR . I HAVE ALSO PAID OUT OVER 6K IN REPAIRS IN THE 4MONTHS I HAVE OWNED IT. IT HAS BEEN IN THE REPAIR SHOP FOR OVER 3MONTHS . BMW SOLD ME A WARRANTY , THE BEST ONE THEY HAD. WARRANTY COMPANY DENIED THE CLAIM STATING THEY DO NOT COVER PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE ! BMW HAS TURNED THERE BACK ON ME! LEFT MY FAMILY ON THE HIGHWAY . THEY OFFERED NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE WITH A SOLUTION! STAY AWAY ! ITS NOW IN MY ATTORNEYS HANDS. PS. THIS VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT THAT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED!! NO CARFAX WAS PROVIDED !! I took my car in and they stole my cologne. I wrote them an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months ago. I written back twice and no reply sense the first admission of guilt. They obviously don’t care about me bringing back my 549. Horrible customer service and they have either thieves or just people who don’t care. I want a new bottle of cologne. I want the manager to contact me again not contact me then ghost me. New to Area and found the best BMW Dealer! We had a prior relationship with Darren Ferguson, hence why we chose to check out Arrowhead BMW even though another dealer was closer to our home. D We had a prior relationship with Darren Ferguson, hence why we chose to check out Arrowhead BMW even though another dealer was closer to our home. Darren, his team and everyone at Arrowhead welcomed us. Darren even introduced us to the owner. The dealership itself is spacious, clean, and VERY comfortable...makes you want to stay awhile so they succeeded on that front as well. It's an impressive place with impressive staff. I've purchased 4 prior BMW vehicles through another friend (who was a GM in CA) so I was used to white glove service. I found that at Arrowhead. In terms of the sales experience. Maurice Bell has the enthusiasm and drive found only in the best of sales personnel (I'm a manager of a technology sales team so would know). He's informative not pushy and introduces you to the cars you have interest in. Not only that he makes you feel like you're family. He also gives you door to door service if needed and that is a huge plus if you are working. Maurice himself gets 5 STARS! I would highly recommend him to everyone I know. TylerPassmore the BMW genius was like no one I had worked with before. Extremely knowledable and willing to come to me for additional training if needed. Finally my finance experience with Dale Bruemmer was efficient and "painless". Dale is the kind of guy who makes you feel comfortable and things go smoothly. No more to say other than go to Arrowhead BMW and see for yourself....of course ask for Maurice! More

BMW Amazing Experience!! I walked in cold off the street and was greeted by Michael Gelbert, Client Advisor. I didn’t really intend on purchasing a vehicle..but I DID!! It was I walked in cold off the street and was greeted by Michael Gelbert, Client Advisor. I didn’t really intend on purchasing a vehicle..but I DID!! It was such an easygoing pleasant experience. I really enjoyed all of the salesmen and the managers. I felt like I was in good hands and good company immediately. Arrowhead BMW is stellar and I would recommend Michael and the entire crew to anyone interested in an amazing BMW purchasing and driving experience! My X3 is a dream!! 100% better then my last X3!! Definitely the ultimate driving machine!! Thank you to everyone, even financing at Arrowhead was seamless and stress free. More

Horrible customer service Where do I begin, had a loaner with this BMW dealership, upon returned asked the lot attendant if everything was good before I left and he said yes, I Where do I begin, had a loaner with this BMW dealership, upon returned asked the lot attendant if everything was good before I left and he said yes, I left and then I’m being contact by the service Felix that there is a chip In the windshield either I can pay $65 get it fixed or go through my personal insurance, not knowing that I had glass deductible of $500. Then I called and told Felix that go ahead and fixed the chip I will pay the $65. Then he informs me saying oh it’s a crack now not a chip. They keep changing their words from chip to crack. Spoke to the service director name Daren. Nothing happened, I know how rental car or loaner car works, once the customer leaves the lot and was not informed anything it shouldn’t be customers responsibility afterwards. I highly suggest Arrowhead BMW to educate their staff on how things are done. That was the last time I will go to Arrowhead BMW. I will return back to Camelback BMW at least they’re honest and get to you and pay attention to you while your still in their Lot. Once again Educate your employees on things that needs to be done. Otherwise you’ll lose more valued customers. More
