Aaked for my payment back in an expedited manner and was told sure now all communication is ended and no refund. Many instances of unkept promises and outright lies by multiple ppl from general manager down to used sales people. I highly recommend you not use this dealership.

You did have several chances to respond and rectify the issue as I contacted you PERSONALLY twice. You chose both times not to contact me. In fact, the second time you didn’t even bother to have a rude sales manager call.

I knew what I wanted and it was a 2021 rx 350 f sport in ultra white / circuit red with 360 parking cam/ pano roof/ triple beam leds and handling package. Nothing more and nothing less. I Walked into Lexus of Manhattan on Tuesday morning right when they opened and met David Rutkay, sales manager. I told him the car I was interested in, David was straightforward and let me know that there had been a lot of interest on the car but was willing to give me priority if I had closed that day. Great. I worked with the salesman, Darel Poe who took care of all the paperwork along with David who handled everything happening behind the scenes and he even threw in a little bonus as a gesture of goodwill. They respected my request for the amount I was looking for on my trade and offered me top dollar, which finalized our deal. Darel had also offered to drive me back to my residence and bank to pick up some documents, which saved me time and stress. Danny leach was my finance manager and he went thru all the paperwork with me, one page at a time, at my own pace. I did not once feel pressured or treated insignificantly at Lexus of Manhattan compared to the other dealerships in NJ. David, Darel and Danny treated me like I was part of the family and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. Know what you want and they’ll take care of the rest. No BS fees , hours of back and forth along with the unnecessary stress during these trying times. I highly recommend Lexus of Manhattan if you’re looking for your next car within the tri state…

This was by far the worst experience I have had with any
dealership. I called after viewing lease option for a 2017 Lexus IS.
That started a week of chaos, misinformation and poor service. Through 10+ cal

That started a week of chaos, misinformation and poor service. Through 10+ calls I received contradictory information and was NEVER called back timely (or in many cases not at all).
I asked multiple times for pricing throughout the week but it was never provided. The last call I was advised that they couldn’t provide price. But I shouldn’t bother pursuing as a 2017 lease would be more expensive than a new lease.
Despite not having pricing for a week , I was asked multiple times if I was coming in the same or next day. Again without pricing available the reality was I would have traveled there without option to lease vehicle I inquired about.

I would say I was more frustrated with the experience as opposed to upset.
I was asked on multiple occasions if I was coming in that day or the next. When all along the pricing was not available according to the manager I spoke with.
At that point I was advised a lease on a used vehicle would be more than I would pay on a new lease. But again I was never provided pricing after 5 + days. Though I was advised that the pricing would never take more than a day to receive.
I had to continue to call and promised call backs that your staff committed to never happened.
I believe consumers should be aware of my experience as it warranted a poor review . I will continue to use social media and other resources to simply tell other consumers what occurred.
You advertised an option that was in reality not available. That to me appears to be a bait and switch tactic which is not only unprofessional it’s unethical.
From my experience with your dealership I don’t expect this feedback to accomplish anything there. But I ask that if you receive request you provide all recorded calls.
