We were very satisfied with our Byers buying experience. We arrived at the dealership late Friday evening with intent to check out the XC90 in person. Dante immediately greeted us and showed us a 2025 XC90 We arrived at the dealership late Friday evening with intent to check out the XC90 in person. Dante immediately greeted us and showed us a 2025 XC90 in the showroom. He then showed us the 2025.5 XC90 which had just arrived and did a thorough job explaining the updates that were made. After some consideration, we decided to buy the 2025.5. We had concerns that the sales price and trade allowance would make it difficult to finalize a deal. We were pleasantly surprised by the initial numbers and quickly came to an agreement on price. Our experience with Jordan in the finance office was similarly handled. He did a great job finding a bank with an acceptable finance rate and term, and then clearly presented all of our options for enhancement products. After agreeing to the structure, Jordan made the paperwork process smooth and quick. Overall, we were very happy with our buying experience and will recommend Byers Volvo to family and friends in the market for a similar vehicle. More

Dante was FANTASTIC! One of the best salesmen I've ever worked with. The manager/finance person Jordan, made me feel very uncomfortable. He said "we" were going to go with a certain bank, but the rate was much higher than what I expected. It took awhile but he did end up getting my expected rate. That was great, because there is no "we" when making the payments! Also, he was unhappy because I wanted to think about the warranties and call back when I wanted to order. He was rude and manipulative. In hindsight, I should've walked out, but I am happy with my car and Dante was so great I would have felt terrible leaving him without a sale. I still haven't called back about the warranty because I'm afraid I'll have to talk to Jordan. More

I had been looking for a Volvo xc90 for over 2 months, my car search had been a complete nightmare. I finally found one at this dealership, they let me see and test drive the SUV before they even got the lis car search had been a complete nightmare. I finally found one at this dealership, they let me see and test drive the SUV before they even got the listing up. I decided to buy it and they made the process amazing. They completely ran through the SUV and made sure it was ready for me, which was very important because I'm heading northeast in a few weeks. They also took a check to hold the vehicle even on the weekend so it wouldn't be sold out from under me. The sales man was great very friendly, answered every question, and held the car longer then expected no extra charge. The car is everything and more than what they said I couldn't be happier and the staff was second to none. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dealership i would happily buy another car from them any day. More

Exceedingly pleased with Byers Volvo! Having been greeted by Dante, we discovered very reasonable lease rates for an XC90 and with the features and colors my wife and I were looking for. Having been greeted by Dante, we discovered very reasonable lease rates for an XC90 and with the features and colors my wife and I were looking for. Within about 2 hours of initial interaction with Dante, he had us in our new XC90 and headed home! The story doesn't end there, as special shout-outs are deserved for both Dante and Manager Mark- so happened that in the process of driving home I discovered vibrations from a rare tire defect from the factory. Between Dante and Mark they had the XC90 brought back for inspection next-day, tires replaced/balanced, and vehicle returned within just 24 hours! In summary, absolutely incredible commitment to the customer at Byers Volvo. I highly recommend them for the easiest, most-customer centric car buying/leasing experience in town. More
