I had an appointment scheduled for my lease to be washed and oil changed. I was there for 3.5 hours. No one would update me on that status of my vehicle when asked. People that would walk in after me got th and oil changed. I was there for 3.5 hours. No one would update me on that status of my vehicle when asked. People that would walk in after me got there vehicle done immediately and back before mine because they knew people there in the department. And to top it off during a pandemic. Either no one was wearing a mask or their mask was around their chin. Completely inappropriate during pandemic times. Will never take my lease back there for service until I drop it off and go Somewhere else to buy a car. Awful experience. More

Went in for an issue with my front passenger tire not holding air. Danny in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and to the best of his abilities. I had an extended service plan through another dealership and was told it was through VW direct, Danny helped explain to me it’s a third party and together we figured out how to submit the claim. I will definitely be returning to Lokey VW and look forward to dealing with the service department again. More

But Danny at the service counter personally drove 30 mins out to my family to pick us up in a loaner vehicle after hours while his wife waited for him to get off with their newborn. They arranged a tow truck to get my vehicle and corrected the issue in a matter of a couple of days while I enjoyed a new 2020 Tiguan with obviously no out of pocket cost to me. Picked up my SUV clean & gassed up. More
