An absolute, HORRIBLE experience. First, came on a Saturday, found a vehicle I wanted to purchase and spent the next 6 hours waiting through the process. Then, while wrapping up, was First, came on a Saturday, found a vehicle I wanted to purchase and spent the next 6 hours waiting through the process. Then, while wrapping up, was told to come back on Monday. Came back on Monday, to be told that I wasn’t needed. Then shortly after that, was told that the paperwork was all done wrong. I had to wait even longer for the updated paperwork, only to discover that they had slipped in a warranty that rejected on Saturday. Then I was told that they were taking 3,000 off of my trade in for a paint recall, that I was not aware of. The manager, Danni Van stated that the recall was expired, therefore I was responsible for the paint. (I spoke with Mercedes Corporate and they told me there was never a recall for the paint) When I asked about the warranty that I initially rejected on Saturday, he looked at me and said, “I don’t know what to tell you, it’s in the deal, you must have agreed to it.” At this point I no longer wanted anything to do with him, who, in my opinion is lower than the stereotypical used car salesmen you see on TV. I asked to speak with someone above him at 5:30. He left and did not return until after 6, when they were closing to tell me that he was gone for the day. I know he never went to get his supervisor and just waited until after closing. Danni Van is a poor excuse of a human being and should never be allowed around people. As long as he is employed there I will never step another foot in that door. I have purchased 5 vehicles through the years from there and I will never purchase a vehicle from there as long as Danni Van is there. Lastly, I contacted Mercedes of USA-waiting to hear back. More

The car was not thoroughly prepared; the tires were set at a significantly higher psi Used cash value, not trade in value for estimating my trade in. The car was not thoroughly prepared; the tires were set at a significantly higher psi than what is recommended. I wasn’t aware to look for the recommended behind the gas cap; one should ignore the higher level recommended on the front door. Call to Service Department we’re not returned. Final i drove to the dealership and a very nice young service tech was able to help with this particular problem. More
