Great experience buying used car from Frankfort Toyota. Our salesman, Daniel, had great communication. We got many pictures and videos of the vehicle. The price was excellent. I purchased a new 24 RAV4 LE from this dealer. The cars works well as expected and I really like buying a new toyota. It was a smooth process and the tile deference from the moment when I The cars works well as expected and I really like buying a new toyota. It was a smooth process and the tile deference from the moment when I decided to buy the car and actually got the car was around 3 hours. However, I made a reasonable downpayment, the finance representative convinced me to buy GAP insurance, which in hindsight made no sense given the amount I had already put down. When I later tried to cancel the GAP insurance within the 60 day period which was clearly mentioned, I discovered I didn’t receive the full refund I was entitled to. After multiple calls to both the dealer and the insurance company I unfortunately didn't get the full refund. On a positive note, the sales representative was very helpful and assisted me with my paperwork and a few other issues, which I appreciated. However, the GAP insurance ordeal made this experience less than ideal, and that’s why I’m not giving them a 5 star review. Update: I got a call from the dealer and they honored the full refund which made me to update the rating. More

First time financing a car at 24. Got the help and guidance I needed and a better understanding of buying a car. Not only that, but a better understanding of credit and an opportunity Got the help and guidance I needed and a better understanding of buying a car. Not only that, but a better understanding of credit and an opportunity to have a car I’ll enjoy in the long run, while using it to build personal credit, and a relationship with Toyota. Any issue that has arisen from the car was dealt with swiftly & with grace. My dealer was, and has continued to be patient and understanding with me, and I could not be more grateful. This dealership and its hard working staff have treated my family tremendously and have earned life-long customers. Highly recommend. More
