Wheel fell off on Hammer Lane after tire rotation On August I5 I took my truck to Toyota Town for our annual service. I signed the paperwork - and after traveling about 0.3 miles the left rear tire f On August I5 I took my truck to Toyota Town for our annual service. I signed the paperwork - and after traveling about 0.3 miles the left rear tire fell off my truck - I believe the lug nuts were not put on the studs - Steve the Service Manager indicated the lug nuts were improperly installed - either way all 6 lug nuts are missing - and the wheel is off the truck. I CALLED OUR SERVICE ADVISOR DYLAN AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION - DYLAN SAID THEY WILL COME OUT AND HELP - HE SAID GET A TOW TRUCK AND IF YOU CHOOSE BRING YOUR TRUCK BACK - WE WILL LOOK AT IT. I called AAA - the Stockton Police Arrived - my wife called Toyota Town again -- We were stuck JUST PAST the intersection of Hammer and West Lane - A VERY DANGEROUS INTERSECTION in the middle lane - for 35 - 45 minutes - Finally mechanics from Toyota Town arrived - placed the tire rim back on the truck and drove back to the agency. - I WOULD SAY A LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL ON THE MECHANIC SIDE TO THE EQUATION AND A CARE LESS ATTITUDE ON THE PART OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR PLACED MY WIFE AND I, THE STOCKTON POLICE AND THE MOTORIST TRAVELING IN OR AROUND THAT INTERSECTION IN VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. Outstanding service at Toyota Town in Stockton I have been a customer of Stockton Toyota Town for over 20 years. I have bought two cars from them and I have had all my cars serviced with them. 2017 Toyota IA, 1st preventive maintenance a disaster I took my 2017 Toyota IA for its first preventive maintenance on 1/8/2018 and I noticed that the tires were not rotated according to the manual (lucki I took my 2017 Toyota IA for its first preventive maintenance on 1/8/2018 and I noticed that the tires were not rotated according to the manual (luckily I marked them b4 taking them into the dealer). Right after driving the car home, I noticed the engine running rough. I kept monitoring it. I heard a noise (that wasn't there before) coming from the engine. I have a video. I checked the oil level (I have a video). The engine oil dipstick indicates oil overfilled passing over the maximum mark. According to the manual an oil overfill can damage the engine. I have emailed Steve (Service Manager), Mark and Richy (Service Advisors) asking them to use due diligence in resolving this matter once and for all. I'm ready to exercise my Consumer Rights my filing a BBB and Department of Consumer Affairs (Automotive Repairs), Toyota complaint. You have been put on notice. Time is of the Essence. I expect a tow truck (at your expense) to take my car to Toyota Town to have it repaired. Steve and Jason Kim, I hope we can resolve this matter at this level and this is your opportunity to make this transaction whole. More

Kevin Hamlin helped with purchase as part of Costco program Kevin Hamlin patiently and professionally assisted us with the purchase of our new Toyota Sienna. He answered all of our questions and if he didn’t k Kevin Hamlin patiently and professionally assisted us with the purchase of our new Toyota Sienna. He answered all of our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he knew how to find it. We have much more respect for people like Kevin who say, “I don’t know, but so and so will know, let me call him” than we have for the person who pretends to know and gives you poor information thinking they are saving face. Kudos also to Steve Heminger who went out of his way to help with some questions we had about winter use of the snow tires and wheels we already had from our old Sienna. He actually ran tests on the new car to be sure we were okay. Steve definitely helped to make us happy customers. Like many people I don’t enjoy buying cars. Kevin was easy to work with, is friendly and knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor, and made the process almost painless. (Ok, paying the bill is always painful!!) If you are looking for a Toyota, try Stockton Toyota and ask for Kevin! More
