We have been loyal Buick Enclave owners for years, and after our local dealership no longer was a Buick provider,we found West Metro in Monticello. When I told Danny that I was looking for the Enclave Av after our local dealership no longer was a Buick provider,we found West Metro in Monticello. When I told Danny that I was looking for the Enclave Avenir, he had the exact one there. Danny and the entire staff at West Metro were so helpful in all areas of buying our new Enclave. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in walking us through the paperwork. The financial part was also a breeze. My Sales Consultant "Corey Nelson" created me with the usual Minnesota Nice welcome. He listened to carefully to my questions and set me up with a test drive in vehicle that, with the exception of color, usual Minnesota Nice welcome. He listened to carefully to my questions and set me up with a test drive in vehicle that, with the exception of color, was exactly what I was looking for. After a month or so of my decision making process he was still willing to help me find the exact car that I wanted. Mr Sell was equally accommodating in making me feel like a special guest to his dealership and making me feel like I had a new friend. They continue to make sure that any questions I have about how to navigate the tech or operate the vehicle, get answered quickly and appropriately. This 2026 Enclave Avenir is my third Enclave, but the first that I have purchased from West Metro. All in all this was a pleasent buying experience. My previous service department experiences are what led to my decision to shop for a new car at West Metro Buick. More
