After going to multiple dealerships I’ve finally came across one where everyone I dealt with was very nice. From the initial interaction with the young lady at the front desk to signing paperwork with across one where everyone I dealt with was very nice. From the initial interaction with the young lady at the front desk to signing paperwork with the finance manager. I was given a complimentary token for a quick snack for their nice cafe inside. I thought that was pretty neat. The salesman I dealt with named Danny was very helpful and attentive. With the shortage issue at the moment he was able to keep me up to date with the current stock coming in. The finance manager was very transparent and helpful answering any questions I had. Overall a great experience. Not pushy at all like other dealerships. Service department was also very helpful and courteous. More

My Dad and I went in to check out my options for a new car since I had previously leased my Civic at the same Honda a few years prior. Danny took amazing care of us. He was able to find me exactly what wa car since I had previously leased my Civic at the same Honda a few years prior. Danny took amazing care of us. He was able to find me exactly what was right for me and his customer service was impeccable. I couldn’t be happier with my new Honda CRV. I will definitely go back to this Honda to see Danny for any of my future car needs! More

Way too many disappointments but among them, car was brought up for me not well detailed and with no gas.!Sales person filled it up but never took the time to change the clock which was 3 hours behind, brought up for me not well detailed and with no gas.!Sales person filled it up but never took the time to change the clock which was 3 hours behind, or go over all of the features with me inside the car. Integrity is surely not a strong point of this dealership. Seems to be industry wide but there were many issues. Rest assured I’m tracking them down one by one. There were many, many things that went from not being truthful and just not caring, that will leave me with nothing good to say. There is obviously a reason that dealers like Carvana where you don’t have to be subjected to a dealership, have blossomed. The whole process is distasteful, stressful and totally unpleasant. More

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I have to say I was disappointed with Mo in finance. I was financing through my credit union and gave him all the information. He had to have someone I have to say I was disappointed with Mo in finance. I was financing through my credit union and gave him all the information. He had to have someone else call me because he didn't have my correct phone number. Then he had to call me again for my correct email. I also gave him the credit union information. He seemed very distracted and not as professional as the others. I gave him all my information and he either wasn't paying attention or didn't take the time to get it correct. I made a substantial deposit on the car, but he seemed to be new at dealing with a credit union. I told him what they required and repeated myself but he still seemed like he didn't know. Sorry for this review, but how could he have gotten my information incorrect on such an important matter? Felt like I didn't matter to him because I was female. My husband was there, but only for moral support. I was buying the car. Everyone else was really nice and professional. So sorry if I don't remember everyone's name. More
