I have been with the Capital Group since December 2003. The best thing about working for this company is the people I get to work with. We have a lot of very talented people. I have been in the auto industry since 1988. My first job in the auto industry was checking in parts and delivery. We moved to Florida in 2005. I drove from Albany, GA everyday (a 90 mile trip one way) for the first year until I sold my house. I was awarded Mercedes Benz Best Of The Best for 2008 and Employee of the Year in 2009. My wife Sharon and I have a son. His name is Jay. My hobbies include spending time with family, golf and Steeler football!

I’m not sure if my review went through, but Michael Tazzani is worth writing about him again. Michael is very knowledgeable on BMW’s this is my 4th BMW are purchased from MT 5th from Capital BMW. The Tazzani is worth writing about him again. Michael is very knowledgeable on BMW’s this is my 4th BMW are purchased from MT 5th from Capital BMW. They have always been fair, no pressure and always done me right with a trade in value. That is very important to me. I will be back in a few years to buy electric! More

Kris at BMW was fantastic while my car was having some warranty work. He communicated every step of the way and made it easy with texts and links to see my car’s assessment. I am thrilled with the service I received when I brought my car in to be serviced. Jess Carbaugh really listened to my repair concerns and made sure the technicians checked out all of them! Great buying exoerience After several very disappointing visits to several other dealers including other BMW dealers we were ready to give up. We had been traveling over 1000 After several very disappointing visits to several other dealers including other BMW dealers we were ready to give up. We had been traveling over 1000 miles in two days with no results. We tried one more time and put a request online. Keith Millron responded to our inquiry. He answered all our questions and provided information requested. We reviewed the info and decided to make another trip. When we arrived Keith greeted us and we examined the X5 and it was just as described unlikie our previous dealer visits. Everything done online and by phone proved to be correct and we closed the deal. Mandy in finance was well prepared and was pleasant to work with. Danny in parts help us with accessories. Thank Keith we love the X5. More
