No nonsense, no games. I literallly called in the morning askinging about a vehicle and also gave the VIN number of my trade-in. Total time at the dealership was 90 minutes from walking in, picking the color from cars on the lot, doing a test drive, and finishing the paperwork to drive away. I bought my last car here, also.
