TLDR: Fantastic Service, Product, Ambiance of Venue, Selection of Vehicles Available, Staff (Sales, Sales Mgr., Finance Dept, Parts Counter, Porters), Purchase Negotiations & Processes. Top Shelf All Th Selection of Vehicles Available, Staff (Sales, Sales Mgr., Finance Dept, Parts Counter, Porters), Purchase Negotiations & Processes. Top Shelf All The Way. Good performance should be recognized. My experience with Ewing Subaru of Plano was the Best Type. It started with being greeted by a salesman Danny Contreras in a friendly relaxed way. We looked at a few vehicles in the front and then went inside into a wonderful show room. The show room was well lit, clean, organized, and with ample space to take in all the various displays of vehicles, accessories, etc. Danny to us back to his glassed-in office to check the computer to sort through their large inventory to see what they had. We went on 4 test drives with 2 models and 2 trim kits. He answered our questions. Expressed interest in helping reach or goals of what we wanted for our next vehicle. We left with brochures, and a much better understanding of what each vehicle + trim type offered. We left with the feeling that Danny was going to 'help us get us to where we wanted to be" and not as prey to make a buck on. Ambiance: We arrived at a clean, well laid out, and interesting dealership. Everything (vehicles, displays, etc.) were well laid out. It wasn't cluttered. It wasn't crowded with too many vehicles. It wasn't high-pressure Las Vegas Casio feeling. It seemed like a family friendly environment that welcomed dogs as well as people. Staff: On each visit we were greeted warmly but not pushed or steered. Each employee volunteered to help us, and each other, cater to the desires and interests of the customers. We had a great salesman, Danny Contreras, who helped us through the entire process. I've been in Sales all my life, I know good from bad sales tactics, techniques, and salesmen. Danny is a young, eager to help Sales Consultant, who takes his title as 'consultant' to heart. He wants you to have enough time & information to make the right decision on a major purchase. After a couple visits, we negotiated a sale. Afterwards I met with Ryan Alger, Sale Director, and had a 10-minute conversation with him regarding everything that went right at his dealership compared to how things went at another local Subaru dealership where the opposite can be said. Ryan is also part of why Ewing gets a 5-star rating. He was great and helpful. Vehicles: A great selection of vehicles (wider than most, I think) were available for inspection and 4 test drives. We compared the models & the liveries. We saw real life examples of the various colors available. In the end, they had in stock exactly what we wanted, the right car, the right color and livery, with the right options and accessories preinstalled. We have been very happy with it. After-purchase: Home delivery was arranged right before Christmas. It was brought to us washed and beautiful. Follow-up has been great. Any questions I had were answered by Danny. He continues to be helpful. Price: I am here leaving a review because Ewing had the best price in town. We got a great deal on a great car. This has been the best major purchase buying experience of my 5 decades. More

Teamwork & Support: Yes, the sales guys help each other out. We live 50-minute drive away and rushed to get to the dealership while the sun was still up to see the paint colors in the sunlight. We arrived out. We live 50-minute drive away and rushed to get to the dealership while the sun was still up to see the paint colors in the sunlight. We arrived with about 10 minutes of direct sunlight left. The cars we wanted to see were already in the shadows and the long shadows covered most of the lot. Danny and another salesman hurried off to get each of the cars we were comparing. They drove them over to the last section of the lot that still had sunlight. They got them side by side facing front for 2 minutes and then they moved them to face backwards. The wife now felt comfortable and made her decision on Outback vs. Forester, White vs. Green, and we went off to the office to finalize the sale. Thank you, Danny Contreras, for the great service and catering to our requests. Connor McCown in Finance was marvelous. I've never had such fun in a finance office before. He was so knowledgeable and had great insights and recommendation but was never pushy. In the end he made some up-sells and I hope he gets a nice commission from them. I spent 4 years as an undercover Customer Service tester. I figured I should go to the sales manager and give my feedback. If the experience was not up to par, I would complain. I should also be equally willing to go sing their praises when my expectations are exceeded. My experience with Ryan Alger was just as good as the other team members. He was very interested in my experience, my insights, and my history. He was very pleased to hear how his team had performed, said he would pass along the compliments I paid them. I came away with a great feeling that the sales manager was leading from the top, and what he was doing was definitely working well. My compliments to him and his team. More
