I loved Danita. For me to only be 19 I’m driving in something almost brand new. I have nothing but a great things to say about Russ Darrow and everyone who I have worked with. Danita was very welcoming and asked about why I chose my profession of nursing and was very personable fr Darrow and everyone who I have worked with. Danita was very welcoming and asked about why I chose my profession of nursing and was very personable from the beginning of my experience to the end. The used car I came to look at buying didn’t end up working out and she listened at the beginning of our conversation that my dream car was the Honda Pilot with a sunroof. My husband was negotiating and when she realized that it wasn’t going to work out with the payment I was interested in, she brought up leasing so I could get what I wanted. When I came in the next day, she had notified me that the car I actually was getting mistakenly didn’t have the sunroof. I was bummed and asked if she could see what they could do because the description states it did even though the picture didn’t have it on there. Her and Keith(sales manager) worked on this and I was able to go up to the next level that had a sunroof and leather seats! $15 dollars was the only money added to the monthly payment. Sherri who helped me sign my paperwork was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was super smiley. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More
