Cas Answers my calls, I had service department issues, none of the managers would call me after I brought the car to service and I went there to talk to Trey and Tyler and the said they were going to fix none of the managers would call me after I brought the car to service and I went there to talk to Trey and Tyler and the said they were going to fix it but it wasn't. On my way home the next day after the brakes shook badly a safety issue worse than before. No one called me when I had called back about the issues, and I am still having some vibration from the exhaust or possibly engine mounts.. I had to fix my front brake rotors myself after service department said they fixed it, I literally took the wheels off at home, went to O'Reilly's and had them turn the rotors for 25 dollars each, and I put new pads on. The front is great now but the tears need the same turn rotors and replace pads. The length of time I waited for the car from the used car department was two weeks. He purchased the car and advertised it before he even had it and the auction fixed a battery and a fuel pump and something else. They said they were out of money and didn't want to take care of the safety issues, brakes and vibration from the exhaust rubbing on the tunnel brace, they did a little with the tunnel brace I never got to ask them they wouldn't return my call or even talk to me about details of the fix and I'm going to have to take it to a Dodge dealer to get it up on the rack and check it properly as my complaint still stands the vibration pulls the computer timing.
