Lake City Ford Service Options The Works , not really satisfied with what actually happened. I upgraded the oil to full synthetic. My vehicle was serviced quick. But I was not there for speed. I paid my bill which was just less than $100. My fist observation as I opened my drivers door there was Oil Absorbent on my inside door handle I then looked at the seat there was a oil stain on the drivers seat. I notified my service advisor she quickly got someone to get the oil stain out. Now there is a white stain where the oil was. As I pulled out of the dealership I smelled oil. I noticed oil on my steering wheel. BTW the steering wheel is leather wrapped I do not think motor oil is good for the leather. I was curious so I checked under the hood. The Oil filler cap had oil on it and around the valve cover. Its been years since I had my vehicle serviced at this Dealership. I am very dissatisfied with this dealership my $40K+ vehicle's first service. I will take the time to go to Alachua or Live for my next service. Things that would have made this service a good experience: Detail the vehicle at least vacuum and wash. require the Service tech to clean his/her hands prior to driving the vehicle. More
