Everyone at BMW of Ocala were amazing as we purchased a BMW loaner vehicle! Danielle, Tre, Frank, Kevin, Christina, and Alex all took excellent care of us. We were given a fair price for our trade-in and BMW loaner vehicle! Danielle, Tre, Frank, Kevin, Christina, and Alex all took excellent care of us. Danielle was hands on, kept us informed thru the entire process and so courteous and thoughtful. We had a great experience with Danielle and Frank at BMW of Ocala. Very different from the other dealerships we visited. There was no pressure and the sales process was very professional. It was more of a c of Ocala. Very different from the other dealerships we visited. There was no pressure and the sales process was very professional. It was more of a consultive sales process with questions on our needs and expectations. The price negotiation was seamless and did not require multiple people during the process.
