I was having difficulties with my 2014 Fusion Titanium. The engine light was on., As was the Low Tire air was on. The air conditioning was working erratically. I was seen by Danielle, who I believe is Service Manager. After listening to my story, long over the car-she suggested that we do a diagnostic test and leave the car at the service depth did and she called me in the morning updating me on a plan that agreed to. Later that day the car was ready. The Manager met me and took me to the office. The car was freshly washer and cleaned—A BONUS!!! Danielle went up and above with the service she gave to me. She was the ultimate professional. The car is running beautifully. Please thank her. She is an ambassador for your dealership and service department.
