Horrible experience I paid to have my truck diagnosed, and they gave me a paperback that read exactly what I told him was wrong with it with no actual diagnosis of what the problem truly was. It took three days or more for them to tell me exactly what I told them. I took it to another dealer they reprogrammed a TCM like I told your service manager was needed it was done in one day and it fixed the problem.
