Was looking @ 3rd transmission in a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Car is under 100K and the Service Mgr. was rather flippant addressing my concerns and coming up with a solution. Arrived at the Service Center, checked in and dropped off my keys and sat in the waiting area. I had scheduled the service via the FordPass App and in the comments section I requested a check of my diff flui my keys and sat in the waiting area. I had scheduled the service via the FordPass App and in the comments section I requested a check of my diff fluid. It wasn't mentioned during check-in and I figured I'd just wait and see if they checked it without being reminded. Sure enough, they did! Used my FordPass Rewards which covered my service. In and out in the amount of time I had accounted for. That's all a guy can ask for! More
