My experience with Bert Vargas at Ralley was a delight. Talking to Mr. Vargas over the phone we were able to come to an agreement on the price prior to me coming in. Had a fantastic experience with Keith. He kept me informed and communicated well throughout my initial search for a car and the process of closing the deal for my BMW.
