The customer service provided by Danielle is the gold standard that all auto dealerships’ service managers should strive to achieve! Danielle went above and beyond by taking the initiative to ask me if standard that all auto dealerships’ service managers should strive to achieve! Danielle went above and beyond by taking the initiative to ask me if I had an extended warranty, and then by taking the time to research and confirm I in fact did have an extended warranty. Her efforts save me well over $800 of out of pocket costs. In the end I paid $0 for for the diagnostics and the actual removal and replacement of the O2 sensor. I hope Danielle receives the recognition, financial compensation, and progression within the company that she deserves. I am very selective about where I purchase and service my vehicles. This is due to a history of poor treatment and lackluster business practice conducted at small and large dealerships alike. Bob Penkhus Volvo has proven a most welcome departure from substandard treatment. Danielle is a really exceptional service consultant and most responsive. She is a real professional when it comes to handling warranty transactions in particular. Bob Penkhus service has never let us down. We have had few issues with our XC60 and XC90. Bob Penkhus Volvo service repair staff have always diagnosed and fixed any problems rapidly and successfully. I have to also say that Jordan M, Jalyn W and the rest of the Volvo sales and finance staff have really been exceptional in attending to our priorities and putting forth outstanding effort in accomplishing our identified goals. Attending to the needs of military personnel is undoubtedly a definite priority at this dealership. I had never purchased more than one vehicle from a dealer prior to coming to Bob Penkhus Volvo. We are now on number three because the XC series vehicles are just exemplary and Volvo is likewise fortunate to have the good people at Bob Penkhus sell and service them. More
