We bought a Chrysler Pacifica here that has had a long list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service does list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service doesn't return calls and when you get in touch the call is handed off to others. They also won't honor warranties of the cars and services they sell. I recommend you avoid this dealership and its service department. More

Brandon was AMAZING! !!! His knowledge, friendliness and most important to me, attitude, were spot on! He immediately understood what I was looking for and after a disap !!! He immediately understood what I was looking for and after a disappointment that was zero fault of his own, he somehow pulled off a “rabbit out of the hat” moment. Brandon bent over backwards and we’ve continued a great friendship! I’d give him more than a 1,000 on a scale of 1-10 if that’s possible. Exceptional experience!!!! More

Car sales experience was fine. The issue is the service department and how they handle customers. Do you enjoy taking your car to the service department to wait ALL DAY to be tol The issue is the service department and how they handle customers. Do you enjoy taking your car to the service department to wait ALL DAY to be told "sorry the part wasn't in stock" when they knew what the issue was up front? Do you enjoy having your Chrysler product recalled multiple times? Do you like calling the dealer for a recall with the engine light on and being told "Earliest I can get you in is in 2 months. Does that work?" If you reply no, they will offer "You can drop the car off indefinitely and we will try to look at it earlier." If you say "Can I get a loaner?" They will laugh in your face and say of course not. If you like this things, then this is the dealership for you. I will never buy another car from this dealer though. More

Being a fleet vehicle, Daniella went above & beyond dealing with Element, getting them the information they needed prior to repair, and then handling the billing with them as well. All I had to do was dealing with Element, getting them the information they needed prior to repair, and then handling the billing with them as well. All I had to do was thank them and waive goodbye at pickup. I would highly recommend this dealer. In addition, I was really surprised how quickly they were able to service the vehicle too, as this was not a scheduled maintenance visit, but an emergency breakdown. I needed a rental car during this time, and a rental dealer is literally right across the street. Fantastic experience all the way! More
