(1st time) Service replaced windshield wiper blades, 2nd time) treated (waxed) I had impacted vision during snow storm for 3 consecutive snow storms. (1st time) Service replaced windshield wiper blades, 2nd time) treated (waxed) windshield. (3rd time) Steel wooled, and re-treated the windshield (with waxing) and cleaned and treated windshield wiper blades to elinate blade streaks. This is the third attempt to rectify the blades streaking and inability to clear ice from windshield. Windshield streaking seems to be lessened. I guess the next snow storm will be the final test. More

I went into Audi of Hoffman estates on Saturday to browse for luxury sedan, I was really interested in a 2012 to 2014 preowned S4 but when I saw a 201 I went into Audi of Hoffman estates on Saturday to browse for luxury sedan, I was really interested in a 2012 to 2014 preowned S4 but when I saw a 2015 Audi A6 my jaw dropped on how sharp the car looked, it was also well equipped with the options that I would want in a luxury sedan of this class. I started talking to Will Smith about the cars that I was interested in and was very pleased on how nice and professional he was! Will is an phenomenal sales person that never made me pressured to make a deal that day and it was nice to see that himself was also an auto enthusiast. I was worried that I was going to be discriminated or treated differently because of me only being 21 but I never felt that way when working with Will. Buying process was simple and I was even able to get a loan through Audi USA and that was a well welcome surprise! All the paper work was easy because the staff at Audi of Hoffman Estates were very clear and made it easy to understand what I was getting into. The facility itself was very clean and the show room was emaculant! Will was nice enough to show me into the back of the building to show me there of the Audi r8s that was in the building and I truly do appreciate that! In conclusion I'm extremely satisfied with purchasing a vehicle from Audi of Hoffman estates because of the friendlyness and the professionalism of the staff. I do look forward to coming back and working with Will again when I decided to purchase another vehicle and yes I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More
