Nice people. Happy with car, though purchase process for used car with financing took about 4 hours. I haven’t bought a car in a while so maybe normal now? Car didn’t have factory mats for footwells, but was told they would order some at no cost to me because car was “Certified.” So far, 2+ weeks later, no mats and no word on mats. I ended up getting some on Amazon due to recent rains/mud. More
