I had the best car purchasing experience. His knowledge, responsiveness and most importantly, his way of communicating with me made the decision to become a Rallye customer a no-brained. Robert immediately made me feel like a person he has known for a long time. He made the whole process of buying my new X5 a smooth and wonderful experience. We handled everything over the phone and he took care of every single detail for me, from submitting documents from my trade-in vehicle, to switch the new car over to my insurance policy, and even down to setting me up with the BMW app. His attention to detail is simply phenomenal. Robert is a true professional. I had to say this is by far the BEST experience I ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend Robert and the entire Rallye BMW family to anybody who is in the market for a BMW vehicle, because they made me feel like I was part of the family from the very first moment.
