I’ve been going to Mills for a while, and I’ve watched the service continuously decline. The team used to make an effort to get to know the guests, now you’ll be lucky if they look at you. Lastly, my sens the service continuously decline. The team used to make an effort to get to know the guests, now you’ll be lucky if they look at you. Lastly, my sensor for the Ford App was not reset, so now I can’t monitor my oil change via the app. (Which is how I do it since I put low miles on my car.) I’m always recommending Mills Ford to everyone, and most of the time I get negative feedback from those people. Mills is becoming a unliked dealership in the BLA, which makes me sad because I’ve always been committed to Mills Ford. More
