I will never buy from Lawton Kia again. I never asked for a 4k add on which is apparently not optional and xxxx sure not worth it! When trying to negotiate the ridiculous mark up, my sales person kept coming back with the same numbers over and over, as If I’m too stupid to notice. He kept focusing on my payment which I told him I was not just concerned with the payment, I wanted to focus on the cost of the car. He then tells me he will get more taken off and I’ll have the same payment, I told him not to if all he was doing was extending the loan terms to even longer. I asked over and over what the terms were, the answer is “finance will tell you”, well is that because you know we won’t take your xxxxty shady offers if we know before we get to finance?? Turns out, that is exactly what he did, extended it to 84 months when it was 72 before! I think it’s so unethical to not share the interest rate or loan terms with me when I ask over and over. They wear you down so much that by the time you get to finance you don’t want to argue anymore. They also told me they took a thousand off for hail damage and I believe they just added that back in somewhere else. I do not understand why it took me six hours of dealing with shady people and ridiculous “negotiations” to still end up feeling screwed when I left. In the future I will gladly drive an hour or two, to avoid your dealership! Tired of your games. Thanks More
