This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Jerry Ulm, simply because of the advertised deals. Very nice people to work with...Dany Rodriguez has a bright future as a bright, no-pressure salesman. However, I am left unhappy (both times), when I learn of the tacked on charges (usually in the form of additional warranty and prepaid service charges). As a buyers, we all know that we are pretty much rushed through the finance office after numbers have been agreed upon, and a realistic degree of time to read through all stipulations and coverages just does not exist until after signing. What I have learned is that the roughly $10,000 of additional charges, and associated services encompassed by paying those charges, are not what was verbally promised by the finance office. I actually take the time to read through all of it when I get home, and then have to spend the additional time and effort to work and cancel the additional agreements, in hopes to get a partial refund on those charges. It would be nice to be able to trust a person at their word. I just can not do that with Jerry Ulm. I wish I could, but there exists a bit of a shady tactic when asking questions and moving through paperwork. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Jerry Ulm. I will take my business to a dealer that I can trust, even if it means I pay more toward the sticker price of a vehicle. I DO NOT, and will not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jerry Ulm. Dany Rodriguez is a great salesman, and would do well to take his honest sales approach to a company that values honesty. More

For the most part this was a long drawn out typical car buying experience. It took us 6 hours to reach a deal and the dealership was really relying on us to provide more instead of them kicking in more. On buying experience. I called Jerry Ulm on a Monday night, 5 minutes before closing and Daniel Rodriguez answered. I told him the truck I wanted and he said he would contact me the next day to work out a deal. We spent an hour and a half at the dealership and we were back on the road. Absolutely loved the service and Daniel was extremely helpful and delightful to work with.
