I need to replace (2) tires that Fette Ford refused to replace and they are almost bald, (2) are brand new. I've only had the truck for about (2) weeks and I'm already paying out of pocket for repairs. I replace and they are almost bald, (2) are brand new. I've only had the truck for about (2) weeks and I'm already paying out of pocket for repairs. I am also having to constantly follow up on getting the tail light replaced. Not sure why it would take two weeks to get a part. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, zero flexibility. They push to get what they want, but will not accommodate the customer at all. More

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I'd rather go to one of the used car dealerships on Route 46 than ever deal with them again. STAY AWAY. They sold me a lemon for sure (telling me I'd rather go to one of the used car dealerships on Route 46 than ever deal with them again. STAY AWAY. They sold me a lemon for sure (telling me their technicians went over the car back to front) and when they said to "come back, we'll make it right" - they tried to screw me again with a lower trade in price, high price for the replacement car and a new loan for another $27k. What bull. Will never ever ever go there or buy anything from them. STAY AWAY More

Great experience at Fette Ford, this is my 5th vehicle from them and 3rd from Ford. Troy Mol makes the big difference at this dealer. If wasn't for him I would probably have gone to another place. JC and Mitchell in sales are amazing, you don't feel any pressure at all. My Mach-E is incredible, no comparison to Tesla...Mach-E is a better product, better finish and the vehicle is head turning because of his look not because people have in their minds Tesla is a luxury brand. Definitely recommend checking them out, you will not be disappointed!! More

Took my car to Fette Ford Kia in Clifton, NJ because I received notification that there was a recalled part for my vehicle. My check engine light came on the night prior to my taking the car in. I thou received notification that there was a recalled part for my vehicle. My check engine light came on the night prior to my taking the car in. I thought that if the recalled part was replaced, the check engine light would go off (as I had that happen in a previous Ford that I owned). When I took the car in for service, the technician (Sole) told me that my engine coolant reservoir was empty and that my engine needed to be replaced. She did the research to discover that the repair was still under warranty and that I was entitled to a rental car, both free of charge! The repair only took 3 days. The recalled part was replaced, the engine was replaced, and they replaced a missing cap from my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. I recommend this location to any Ford motor vehicle owner and am satisfied with the efficient level of work done. Thanks, Fette Ford Kia! More

The worst place in America to buy a car. . I bought a pre-owned certified.. with full of problems.. like the modem for ford pass not working.. the horn defective.. the rims bents.. tires no . Had to take it to service. And now is 47 days and went 2 times for service and the manager say is not his problem. That I have to fix and pay out of pocket cuz warranty. Blah blah blah.. is the worst place to get help after u buy your car. Dont buy your car here. Recommend. More

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dealership. My 2018 Ford Fusion had a recall and it took them weeks to fix. The work was not done properly causing my car to stall in an intersection dealership. My 2018 Ford Fusion had a recall and it took them weeks to fix. The work was not done properly causing my car to stall in an intersection so I brought it again. Then the car would not go over 40 mph. I had to bring it in for a THIRD TIME and now its leaking oil for the first time ever. I had an independent mechanic review and they somehow cracked a seal in my engine. Awful awful repair work and horrible customer service. More
