Daniel was a nice, no-pressure salesman, providing answers to our questions. He looked for our vehicle on the lot. When it wasn't there, he, along with the manager, sought elsewhere. They found it within a few days, The finance lady was friendly and very thorough, fully explaining the options available to us. After-market service by Daniel included showing us how to install our garage door opener signal in our Q5 (the operating manual was pathetic on this issue). He sent us a video showing us how as well, and gave me a website to view other videos about the Q5 The overall experience of buying a new car was far more pleasant than we expected. More
