While I have no complaints about the work that was done, I found the check-in/check-out process laboriously slow and cumbersome. Several payment terminals were not functioning, a printer was broken so only I found the check-in/check-out process laboriously slow and cumbersome. Several payment terminals were not functioning, a printer was broken so only one was servicing the entire department and, while Daniel was very personable, he seemed to still be in training which compounded the time required to deal with all the paperwork. There had to be a way to expedite your systems. More

We brought our Cadillac in and we knew it needed a starter. We brought it in Thursday. They told us the mechanic will be there Friday and the part was there. We got a call Friday saying that the mecha starter. We brought it in Thursday. They told us the mechanic will be there Friday and the part was there. We got a call Friday saying that the mechanic that does that one particular starter is not in and that he’d be in Saturday. We called Saturday and they said that he was working on another car so we had to wait with our car there and until Monday. More

Customer service interface (Daniel) was good. Daniel was responsive and kept us informed of what was going on and their recommended fix. Transportation to/from house while car in repair shop was Daniel was responsive and kept us informed of what was going on and their recommended fix. Transportation to/from house while car in repair shop was excellent. Service department did not fix the issue. Their fix was not the problem. We were stranded again, the next morning, and their recommendation was to pay them to tow the car in and have them try to find the problem again. Felt that they should have towed the car in at their expense. Was concerned using them again seeing that we would continue to pay for them to try and find the problem with guess solutions. Understand that every solution is not a slam dunk, but the dealership needs to share some of the expense when their solution is not correct, and the problem continues after the car leaves the repair shop. It sends the signal that profit more important than customer service. More
