I bought my car at this dealership 4 years ago and I’ve been going here since then for car services. I never had any issues, excellent service every visit till my recent visit. I live 25miles away, but I s been going here since then for car services. I never had any issues, excellent service every visit till my recent visit. I live 25miles away, but I still decide to drive to Longo because I don’t trust other dealerships close my home due to past negative experience. My appointment was at 10:30am. Normal check in was fine, I was told it was going to be ready by 2pm. Daniel offered a 24hour rental so I don’t have to wait 3 hours. I accepted. I went home with the rental with the thought it will be ready at 2pm. I returned the rental past 2pm and found Daniel at his booth. I asked him regarding my car because throughout my wait the status of my car has been on “Drop Off.” He informed me that a part was needed resolve an issue of my car. So the car will not be ready till the next day. I got upset that I was not informed ahead of time because I already have plans made throughout my day. So I told him to cancel that service and just do my usual maintenance check. He informed me that I still have to pay for the diagnosis fee and wait for another hour because we need to have a tech available. Now, I’m livid that I’m being told to pay for service that I want to cancel and still wait for another hour after waiting for 3 hours. I then requested to speak to someone higher up. Matt arrived and introduced himself. Very polite, professional, and understanding of the situation. He was transparent on his side of situation. Since my car is a Mirai they only have 5 tech specializing on Mirai cars which affected my experience. My advise to have avoided this inconvenience is, if your client has a Mirai that made a specific appointment for service make sure the Mirai Tech is scheduled the same hour and be available during that specific time slot. My car was sitting at their parking lot for 3 hours with nothing done till I voiced my complaint. I’m grateful that Matt expedited my maintenance service and took off my Window Wiper Replacement charge. I’m only leaving 2 stars because of Matt’s professionalism. I do believe in second chances, so I will return again. Another negative experience, my loyalty will no longer be with this place. More

Always exceptional service. I brought my 2010 Prius in for its 200,000 mile check. Longo was very busy and was running late from its initial finished time. They were very nice, very professional and offered me a free rental so I didn’t need to wait longer. The staff is always very courteous and they keep you updated on the progress of the work that’s being done on your car.
