By far the worst luxury dealership to ever service your vehicle at, management sucks staff is rude and poorly organized! Daniel the service manager might as well be a statue sitting in an office with how u vehicle at, management sucks staff is rude and poorly organized! I suppose being on San Pedro made them think they could be rude to customers. More

This was my first time bringing a car to Mercedes dealership. My advisor, Javier Perez, was so helpful and professional. He explained how long it would take and the cost involved up front so I could dealership. My advisor, Javier Perez, was so helpful and professional.
