I don’t understand why your service agents are so rude. They act like using a loaner car when you’re car is there all day is some privilege that you are really not owed. You don’t have a huge amount of people using your service, the service agents looked bored but yet when you’re there to drop off or pick up they seem out to get you and not a customer. More

I originally spoke to Jared who was very helpful. Made an appointment to take care of a sensor issue which was under warranty and also found out there was a recall as well.
