My one critique is when it came to negotiation, of what I believe are basic things with buying a car from a dealership (i.e large dent in hood, step rails not installed but in trunk) the negotiations were tough. The car was listed over blue book and they weren’t willing to budge much on that. Adnan in the service dept. was incredibly friendly and helpful! More
