When we walked in, we were just looking around to see if we might be interested in any car; as long as we were honest, there was 0 pressure and no sales associate hovering over our heads which we appreciated a lot. At the same time, if we had any questions, there was someone always in the vicinity to help answer those questions. Staff is also pretty knowledgeable! Our sales rep was Dan Horvath, who was extremely patient with us. We came back 4 different times before finally making the deal, and he was very nice, courteous, and helpful all 4 times. He listened to what we needed to get the deal done, and did his very best to get us there. I would definitely recommend both Dan as well as Tynan's. More
