I got the opportunity to work with multiple people here and they were all great. I started with Miguel Camacho who was very nice and on top of the whole deal. When I was ready to come he was unfortunately on vacation so I got a hold of Daniel Guevara, the GM, who quicker took over to help provide details of the car, sent pics and videos and kept me informed since I was out of state. When I arrived, Daniel got me with Orlando to walk me around the car, set me up with the app and finalize the sale. When I was ready, Josh Masters, the financial manager helped walk me through the paperwork and made the process super quick and simple. Overall, everyone was super professional and helpful. More

We had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department. We had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 a.m., yet after an entire day had passed, I called only to find out that my car had not e service department. We had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 a.m., yet after an entire day had passed, I called only to find out that my car had not even been looked at. The following day, after waiting several more hours, I called again and was told it still hadn’t been seen. At that point, I had no choice but to pick up my vehicle. What has been even more frustrating is that no one has followed up to apologize, explain what happened, or contact me to reschedule. The complete lack of communication and customer service has made it clear that our time and business are not valued. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but keeping a customer’s vehicle for nearly two days without even beginning the work, and then failing to follow up afterward, is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service department. More
