Appointments don’t seem to mean anything. I felt ignored. They were too busy to acknowledge me. At other times when they weren’t busy, they still didn’t acknowledge me. One time they took my keys to move my car even before I had checked in. I don’t like coming here for service, but I do it for the sake of convenience. More

Nena did a super good job. I did not like the price tag on the air conditioner. But that’s not her fault. Two weeks ago we spent 400.00 on the repair and now over 1000. No help I did not like the price tag on the air conditioner. But that’s not her fault. Two weeks ago we spent 400.00 on the repair and now over 1000. No help from the service manager on the price. Not real happy with the teck not being able to get right the first time. I feel like some kind of adjustment should have been offered. Not feeling helped more like taken advantage of. More
